Vivian Iannotti

The Centro Cultural Cubano is honoring Vivian Iannotti, CEO of Stop & Compare Markets. Vivian leads Stop & Compare Markets, a family-owned grocery chain dedicated to serving diverse communities with authentic Latin American products and fresh, affordable foods. Her parents, Betty and Alberto, Cuban immigrants, founded a wholesale business that evolved into a retail operation in Chelsea in 1996. Following in their footsteps, Vivian took the lead in expanding the business, opening a new location in Lynn in 2005 and guiding the company’s mission to provide access to quality groceries in underserved neighborhoods. A dynamic and community-minded leader, Vivian has steered Stop & Compare through growth and challenges, including the successful launch of new locations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to entrepreneurship, cultural pride, and the families her stores serve every day.
